• Received a damaged or defective product
• Received the wrong product

Conditions

• Return or exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
• Original invoice or order proof is required

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Opened, used, or partially used products
• Hygiene-sensitive or intimate products once unsealed
• Results or effectiveness-related complaints
• Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
